The broad experience gained in the field of machines for drying tanned and died skins allows CM to realize the new continuous sammying machine PRC/N.
The excellent materials combined with the building's sturdiness and simplicity make the PRC/N extremely reliable and worth using for the user; the CM's machines are all distinguished by these characteristics.
This machine meets perfectly with all the requirements of the most updated tannerics: high drying power and consequent production growth, striking-out optimization on the entire surface of the skin, low operating and maintenance costs. PRC/N is equipped with all the safety devices making it perfectly in conformity with all the standards presently in force (CE Certification). Machine of new conception with solid monolithic structure; new rollers pattern allowing a better striking-out and drying of the skin; double hydraulic circuit with differentiated transport and drying; stretching out roller with large diameter, hydraulically adjustable positioning and speed; transport speed from 5 to 16 mt/min. by two hydraulic motors; drying pressure max 80 Tons. with indipendent adjustment on the two pressing rollers; exclusive automatic hydraulic system for the centering of the band felts, easy and quick to replace.
