Main technical-productive characteristics of machine

For some time, modern tanning technique, has produced machines for setting operation.Our experience in costructing tanning machinery, has brought to the realization of the RAL/PR-B machine, which presents constructive characteristics of extreme sturdiness, simplicity in the construction, in maintenance, adjustment and reliability. lt is endowes with speed in production and above all, supply's a notable yield of the leather. Our machine also presents high quality charateristics better specified below. Besides the above, the RALIPR-B is equipped with a security system which perfectly meets requirements requested by the relative legislation. Due to particular arrangement of the cylinder leather supporter the working area presents a notable antiaccident protection efficiency.

Technical characteristics:
- The position of the leather supporting cylinder allows a quick and easy feeding of hides, as quick and "mild" is the movement' of the machine open/close.
- Adjustment of distance between biade cylinder and rubber cylinder is achieved by a simple push-botton device, the value of whid1 can be read on a decimai display.The biade cylinder with a special double helical pitch,allows to give the best setting effect for the sole leather. The hydraulic device which allows its graduai approach to the hide during closing stage, its quick removal and graduai approach during reversal stage. Such device can be used according to everyone's requirement,it allows to avoid possible marks on the leather which could be caused by the blades cylinder during above mentioned working stages.
- The stretching cylinder is indipendent and turns in the opposite direction to leather feeding, with adjustable speed
- The preassure between the transport ebonile cytinder and the support cylinder, can be adjusted by a hydraulic device placed on the machine side from 3 to 22 tons.
- Leather feeding can be adjusted by a hydraulic device, from O to 34 mt/min. The control device is located on the machine side and can be read on its relevant decimai display. Automatic lubrication of machine with P/O grease.
- The electric equipment is fully ccntained by a waterproof box, the control board is located on a suitable position, on the right side
- The setting machine with ebonite electric heated cylinder,allows the most flatness of the grain.
- Temperature adjustment is achieved by an easily adjustable thermostat, from the control board.
- This kind of machine is equipped with a special device for avoiding possible marks on the leather which could be caused by the heated cylinder. Such device consists in the slight removal of the cylinder during the reversal stage (Retorsa).
