Main technical-productive characteristics of machine

The long experience with sammying machines for tanned and dyed leather allowed to CM to design the new through feed sammying machine in the model RAL/CS. The quality of used components and the easy design make of RAL/CS a very reliable and profitable machine, like all CM machines. This machine meets the requirements of the most up-to-date tanneries. New conception machine with a very compact monolithic structure, new rollers pattern allowing a better stretching and drying of hides; strong drying power and consequent production growth, low operating and maintenance costs; double circuit with differentiated transport and drying; stretching-out rollers with large diameter, hydraulic and adjustable positioning and speed; transport speed from 7 to 20 mt/min. by two hydraulic motors; drying pressure from 0 to 130 BAR with independent adjustment on the two pressing rollers; exclusive automatic hydraulic system for centering of felts which are easy and quick to replace.
This machine is equipped with PVC transport belt for feeding and stretching of hides, speed of belt is adjustable. The machine is fitted out with a hydraulic device for constant setting-out of leather (even when its thickness changes).
This machine is equipped with ali safety devices in conformity with all actually required standards (CE).
